All Smiles Dental Group located near Powers and Bloomington is hiring! We are seeking a Temp Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time from November 16th-February 19th.

Schedule: Full-Time, Temp
Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm
Friday 7:45am-2:15pm
Compensation: $20-$25/hour

Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of previous dental front office experience
Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
Accepting applications until October 31, 2026 or we find the right candidate
Pay Range: USD $20.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
