Job Description
Job Summary
Virginia Center for Advanced Dentistry (VCAD) is seeking an experienced temporary dentist to cover production for 4–6 weeks during July and August 2026. VCAD is a fully equipped general dentistry practice offering a full range of services, from routine and emergency care to advanced treatment including oral surgery and endodontics. This is a great fit for a confident, independent provider who can step in and keep patient care running smoothly.
Duties
Perform general dentistry procedures including composite fillings, crown preps, simple extractions, and other standard services
Complete routine and emergency exams
Provide hygiene checks and perio-charting as needed
Schedule & Compensation
Coverage Monday–Thursday for 4–6 weeks (July–August)
Both schedule and compensation are negotiable based on availability and fit
Open to both 1099 and W-2 structures, depending on your preference
Requirements
Active Virginia dental license
Individual malpractice and liability coverage
Prior clinical experience required
