Job Description
Oak Tree Therapy is a growing psychotherapy practice that provides services in and around the Winnipeg area to adults, youth, children and families. Oak Tree therapists use wholistic, strength-based, anti-oppressive, and trauma informed approaches when walking with clients along their healing journeys.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming clients
Performing clerical functions such as filing, and data entry
Processing payments
Orders and replenishes office, coffee, water, and toner supplies
Acts as a liaison for maintenance issues
Scheduling appointments
Answers telephone in a warm and inviting manner
Cleaning
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Grade 12 education
1-2 years experience in an office environment
Able to maintain filing systems and basic database
Bright, professional, and courteous with excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of details and tasks quickly and effectively
Good judgement/common sense in maintaining the confidentiality of clients, along with strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong knowledge of Google Drive software, and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and word. Knowledge of QuickBooks is considered an asset
Previous experience in a psychotherapeutic environment is considered an asset
Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Persons Sector (under three months old)
Child abuse and Adult abuse registry check (under three months old)
