Job Description
Job Overview
Well-established general and cosmetic dental practice in central Phoenix is seeking an experienced dental assistant for temporary coverage while a team member is on medical leave. (Duration is approximately 8–12 weeks)
We're a high-quality, fast-paced practice, and we're looking for someone who can step in with minimal ramp-up time and keep the clinical day running smoothly from day one.
Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM.
A firm start date to be discussed at interview.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience
Ability to keep pace in a fast-paced environment while supporting high-quality dentistry
Current Arizona radiography certification and BLS/CPR
Must have Dentrix experience
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full coverage period
Responsibilities
Chairside assisting for restorative and cosmetic procedures
Room setup, turnover, and sterilization
Digital radiographs and patient charting
Supporting an efficient, on-time schedule
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
