Job Description
Seeking temporary dental assistant for a busy general dental practice. Dentist is a solo practitioner with over 30 years of experience. Staff consists of three part time hygienists, one fulltime front desk administrator, one part time front desk administrator and two chairside assistants. This position is to temporarily fill one of the chairside assistant vacancies for 12 weeks. We stress teamwork and positivity. Current staff is very experienced and helpful.
The open position is fulltime Monday through Thursday with an occasional Friday morning. Candidate must have at least one year experience with certification preferred. Job duties include proficiency with taking digital x-rays, taking traditional impressions including pour and trim, digital scanning with a Trios3 scanner including familiarity with submitting/exporting digital cases, performing chairside 4-handed dentistry, and sharing duty for ordering clinical supplies and tracking lab cases. Our office takes HIPAA and OSHA guidelines seriously and the desired candidate will be expected to do so.
Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
