Our established private dental practice, serving the community since 2007, is seeking an outstanding Dental Insurance Biller / Treatment Coordinator to join our close-knit team. With four operatories, a loyal patient base, and a reputation for providing exceptional care, we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
This is a full-time, temporary position with an anticipated end date of January 1, 2027. We are seeking someone who can step into the role immediately and make an immediate contribution to our team.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–4:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
Responsibilities
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
Submit, monitor, and follow up on insurance claims
Resolve denied and outstanding claims efficiently
Manage insurance accounts receivable
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements with professionalism and compassion
Help patients understand their insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs
Coordinate scheduling to maximize treatment acceptance and practice efficiency
Work collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Required Qualifications
A minimum of one year of recent dental insurance billing experience in a dental office is required.

Experience with Open Dental practice management software is preferred.

Position Details
This is a temporary full-time position expected to continue through January 1, 2027. We are looking for an experienced professional who can seamlessly integrate into our team and provide excellent service during this period.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

He offers a full range of general dentistry services including Whitening, Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery (including wisdom teeth removal), Periodontics, Implantology, Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, Root Canals (Including Molars), Snore/Sleep Apnea Guards. The primary of focus at Dr. Kosta's Dental Office is to provide the highest level of care and compassion for his patients and their dental needs.
