Job Summary
We are a private dental office seeking a Part-time Temporary Dentist for July 6-10, 2026 . The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong foundation in various dental procedures. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences while ensuring the highest standards of dental care. Required a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must be able to work in a fast paced office. Compensation is based up experience.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery.
Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Document patient records accurately using Dentrix software.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Skills
Proficient in general dentistry practices with experience in endodontics and oral surgery.
Knowledgeable in pediatric dentistry techniques and approaches.
Strong skills in patient assessment and treatment planning.
Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in dental diagnostics.
Expertise in infection control measures and aseptic techniques.
Experience working in a dental office environment, preferably using Dentrix software.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
