Job Title: Temporary Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Medical Leave Coverage
Job Type: Temporary / Contract Schedule: 4 days per week (approx. 30 hours/week)
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
No weekends or evening hours required.
Summer Hours: July and August. Monday 8-3, Wednesday 7-2, Thursday 8-3, Friday 7-2
Duration: Early July 2026 through early December 2026

We are seeking a skilled, friendly, and reliable Registered Dental Hygienist to care for our patients while one of our valued team members is away on leave.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a temporary RDH who can step in seamlessly and maintain our high standards of patient care. You will have full administrative support, and a welcoming team to help you succeed from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and oral screenings.
Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized treatment plans.
Sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Document patient charts accurately using Dentrix
Qualifications:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent communication skills and a gentle clinical touch.
Strong reliability and punctuality to match our schedule.
Experience with Dentrix is a plus, but we are happy to train.
What We Offer:
Competitive Hourly Pay:$60 -$68 per hour (depending on experience).
Guaranteed Hours: Consistent 4-day weekly schedule for the duration of the contract.
Supportive Environment: A dedicated assistant and front desk team to manage your scheduling and turnover.
