Duties
Licensed to practice Healthcare in Texas (RN, LVN, CNA, MD, PHARM TECH, DENTIST, MA)
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must not be excluded from providing services to individuals on Medicare and Medicaid.
Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
Must complete facility and HHSC required training including facility CPR.
Must Comply with all other job requirements specified by the Facility.
Competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
Qualifications
Valid RN, LVN, CNA, MD, PHARM TECH, DENTIST, MA licensed with current state certification; experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology fundamentals.
Background in long-term care, hospice care, or acute care settings including hospitals or nursing homes.
Items BELOW are required at time of INTERVIEW
Must have valid PHOTO ID
Resume’ or work experience
Two complete references from two different places of employment by supervisor of the nurse
A NURSYS report showing any licenses held (must be current)
Skills checklist
Items BELOW are required at time of HIRE
Must provide TB documentation/immunization reports
Must provide current ACLS, BLS
Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check (we provide)·
COVID-19 testing with negative result required (you provide) or COVID-19 card.
Must be able to successfully pass a local/national background check (we provide)
Schedule requirements:
First 2 weeks will require training 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs. Will be required to work every other weekend. (For the 6am-2pm and 2pm-10am, 10pm-6am shifts)
32-40 hours per week guaranteed (For the 6-2 and 2-10 shifts)

Pay: $28.00 - $90.00 per hour
