Week A: Monday–Friday
Week B: Tuesday–Saturday
Alternating weekly schedule provides consistent time off while offering Saturday coverage every other week.
Travel between Jefferson Dental locations throughout the Fort Worth area based on practice needs and patient demand.

Your Role
Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Perform general dentistry procedures including restorative dentistry, extractions, and preventive care
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Travel between designated Jefferson Dental locations throughout the Fort Worth area
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure top-tier patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical standards
What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical skills and patient-first mindset
Excellent communication and bedside manner
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Willingness to travel between Fort Worth-area practices
Desire to work as part of a team-oriented, growth-focused organization
