Multispecialty group is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Front Office assistant to fill an opening within our Bronx and New York City offices in the boroughs.

We seeking candidates with great work stability who are looking to elevate their employment status and skills. You must be able to work flexible hours and work past 5:30 if necessary, able to work in multiple offices in New York City metro areas
Daily Responsibilities:
The bilingual (Spanish) Medical Front Office Admin will be responsible for: high volume patient registration, coordinator of care, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, verifying insurance, check in / check out, processing referral, detailed coordination of care as well as future medical visits, and updating EMR
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements for the Bilingual Medical Front Office Admin role
Must have 2+ years in Medical Office handling Check in/out
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
Must be able and available to work in multiple offices in all the New York City offices.

Must have experience with detailed processing of a high volume of patients.

Must have experience working with different insurance plans.

Must have EMR system
Hours for this Position:
Monday – Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm (NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKEND)
Must be able to work past 5:00 p.m. and you must maintain impeccable attendance.

Experience:
Medical receptionist: 2 years (Required)
Patient Registration: 2 years (Required)
Orthopedic or Radiology Center : 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
