Job Description
Looking for a short-term assignment that doesn't feel like a revolving door of back-to-back cleanings? Castle Peak & Avon Dental has a temporary or traveling RDH opportunity in a well-run, patient-focused practice — ideal if you're already Colorado-licensed or can get licensed quickly, and you're after a structured setting without the pressure of a heavy production quota.
Our team runs on clinical quality, real communication, and collaboration. Hygienists here aren't just moving through hygiene appointments — you'll be looped into treatment discussions and have an active hand in patient outcomes.
Pay & Schedule
$55–$65/hour depending on experience
Steady 4-day workweek
Housing covered for the length of the assignment
Health insurance and 401(k) eligibility, depending on length of employment
All-in compensation value with housing factored in: roughly $68–$78/hour
The Practice
You'll be working in a full-scope general dentistry practice offering:
Preventive and restorative care
Implants and full-mouth reconstruction
IV sedation
Botox and dermal fillers
Airway and sleep therapy for adult and pediatric patients
That breadth means more exposure to advanced treatment planning and collaborative case discussions — not just routine cleanings.
What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive periodontal and preventive hygiene care
Conduct patient assessments and screenings
Educate patients on oral and periodontal health
Work alongside doctors during treatment planning
Keep clinical documentation thorough and accurate
Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Who We're Looking For
Active Colorado RDH license, or able to obtain one quickly
High clinical standards and strong attention to detail
Professional, clear communicator with patients and team
Comfortable in a collaborative, full-scope care setting
Focused on delivering strong patient outcomes
