Position: Full-time Traveling Specialty Assistant (OS, ENDO, PERIO)
For the dynamic professional who exudes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we are also seeking a Full-time Traveling Specialty Assistant. This role encompasses various specialties, including OS (Oral Surgery), ENDO (Endodontics), and PERIO (Periodontics).
Compensation
Competitive Pay: $23-27 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
Welcome patients to our dental office and ensure their comfort
Prepare patients for treatments or checkups
Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials as needed
Adhere to strict instrument sterilization protocols
Assist dentists through 4-handed dentistry
Perform lab tasks as instructed
Offer post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene guidance
Maintain a clean and well-stocked dental room
Schedule patient appointments
Keep precise patient records and assist with payment procedures
Skills
Proficiency with dental instruments and sterilization techniques
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing is a plus
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma; graduation from a dental assistant school is preferred
Additional certifications or training, such as OSMA/OA, are considered assets
Required Certifications
RDA (Registered Dental Assistant)
