Treatment Coordinator 牙科矫正诊所咨询师/销售客服
We are a modern orthodontic office, looking for the very key team member! We would prefer to hire someone with customer service experience who is looking to make a long-term commitment to our team. In our quest to find the perfect addition to the practice, we are looking not only for experience, but also personality. We take pride in the cohesiveness of our practice, and finding the right addition is imperative!
What does the perfect fit look like to us?
Bilingual required (English and Mandarin 要求至少能进行基础英文交流，流利者优先)
2 year of previous sales experience preferred 有2年以上的销售经验者优先
Consistent availability
Excellent time management
A fast learner

We are looking for a fun and friendly personality that doesn't mind working hard and wearing many hats in our new practice. The right candidate will have to be a rock star on the phone, a dynamite sales person, and a go-getter with financials and insurance billing. We are willing to train the right person in all core areas if we find the right personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Totem Lake, Kirkland
Salary: $24-$35 base hourly pay depending on experience, commission bonus added on top of base pay
Required experience:
Customer Service: 2 year
