Wells Family Dental Group is looking for a SUPERSTAR Treatment Coordinator to join our dental dream team!
If you?re someone who loves connecting with patients, staying organized, and helping people feel confident about their dental care, we want to meet you!
As a Treatment Coordinator, you?ll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience?from helping patients understand their treatment options to making sure they feel comfortable moving forward with their care.
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Be organized, detail-oriented, and system-oriented
Have a forward-thinking and problem-solving mindset
Have outstanding customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
Have 2+ years of dental front desk experience
Be confident discussing treatment and helping patients navigate their dental care
Be a positive, team-oriented person who enjoys working in a busy practice
Have Open Dental experience (preferred, but not required)
