Treatment Coordinator
About the Role

Responsibilities
Greet and support patients with a welcoming attitude
Manage treatment plan data across multiple software systems
Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates for financial arrangements
Handle treatment paperwork including consent, insurance, and exit forms
Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, costs, and objections
Qualifications
1+ years of medical or dental front desk experience
Insurance verification experience
Detail oriented and comfortable in a fast paced environment
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
