We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk Team Member who loves helping people and creating outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Check patients in and out efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage
Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
Coordinate patient financing and payment arrangements
Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
Help maintain productive provider schedules
Ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Work closely with the clinical team to keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications
Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred
Open Dental experience is a plus
Knowledge of dental insurance is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements
