What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the patient experience—guiding, coordinating, and supporting every step of their journey.
Your day-to-day will include:
Presenting treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately
Verifying and explaining dental insurance coverage and benefits
Coordinating financial arrangements and payment options
Scheduling appointments efficiently and managing follow-ups
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Supporting the front office and collaborating with the clinical team
Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
You’ll help turn uncertainty into clarity—and hesitation into confidence.

What You Bring
Previous dental office experience (required)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Experience with dental software (Cleardent preferred)
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping people
