Treatment Coordinator
Reports to: Practice Managers
Job Summary/Responsibilities
Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Present and clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, and recommendations to patients and families
Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure treatment plans are scheduled and completed efficiently
Discuss financial arrangements, insurance estimates, and payment options in a clear and compassionate manner
Manage patient scheduling to support optimal clinical flow and treatment acceptance
Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, patient communications, and case progression
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
Requirements:
Previous dental treatment coordination, dental front office, or dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and families
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning processes is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric environment
