Are you READY to be the GOTO person for helping patients achieve the dental CARE they need?
This position is FOR YOU!!!!
Our Treatment Coordinators are valued and play an intricate role in helping our community be healthier, feel better, and smile with confidence. We understand that every patient and their oral health needs are unique. That is why we put patients in control of their health as we partner in developing a comprehensive plan.
Our well-established private practice is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who shares our passion for patient care and education and helps create a welcoming environment.
Schedule:
We’re a family-focused team, and our schedule supports a healthy work–life balance. As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll enjoy NO weekends. Patient hours are 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
What you’ll do as a Treatment Coordinator:
Overall front office duties
Scheduling and reports
Financial arrangements (financing options) for patients needing treatment
Schedule management filling open blocks
Follow up on treatment and hygiene unscheduled
What you’ll bring:
Experience with Insurance terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for informative treatment conversations
Proficient with Google Workspace products and working with dental software (open Dental)
Knowledge of financing options for assisting with patient care
