Looking for a new dental home?
Grant Dental has an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our scheduling team! We are seeking a motivated, positive team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and building a long-term career.
What You’ll Do
Provide 5-star service to patients and team members, both in person and over the phone
Coordinate and optimize patient scheduling for efficiency and flow
Present and discuss financial arrangements clearly and confidently
Support a positive, team-oriented office environment
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
What We’re Looking For
Prior dental or medical front office experience strongly preferred
Understanding of dental insurance and treatment coordination
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
