Sol Dental Studio is a modern, cosmetic and health-focused dental practice dedicated to delivering elevated, patient-first care. As the first point of contact for our patients, our receptionist plays a key role in shaping their experiences.

We are seeking a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
Greet patients with a friendly, polished demeanor and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive
Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow with accuracy and efficiency
Verify insurance details and process claims and payments
Present treatment plans and discuss financials with patients
Maintain an organized and calm front desk, even during busy times
Cleaning and other office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Dental experience is required
Strong communication and organizational skills
A calm, positive attitude and polished appearance
Comfort with social media and technology
Hours of Work (some flexibility)
Mondays 3pm - 7pm
Tuesdays 9am - 7pm
Thursdays 3pm - 7pm
Fridays 9am - 5pm
Alternating Saturdays 9am - 3pm
