Treatment Coordinator – Minimum 2 Years of Dental
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental practice.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least two years of dental office experience and be highly familiar with dental front desk responsibilities. Applications from candidates who do not meet these minimum requirements will not be considered.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience
Strong dental front desk experience and knowledge
Experience with scheduling and appointment management
Experience verifying dental insurance and explaining benefits
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
Experience collecting patient payments
Experience with patient check-in and check-out
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment
Travel Requirement
This position will provide support at multiple office locations, so reliable transportation and the ability to travel between clinics are required. Flexibility with work location is an essential part of this position.
