Job Description
Join Pacific Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Solutions as a Treatment Coordinator
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic surgical environment? Pacific Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Solutions is looking for a personable and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, documentation, and patient-focused care.
Why Work With Us
Pacific Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Solutions is an established, independently owned surgical centre. You'll join a close-knit team of 10, working alongside 3 oral and maxillofacial surgeons, where you'll see the direct impact of your work on patients' lives.
We offer:
A four-day work week, giving you real work-life balance
A competitive salary, based on experience
Cross-training and mentorship from senior staff to help you grow
Clear paths for growth
On-site parking and paid time off
A supportive, professional environment where your contributions are seen and valued — not lost in a large organization
About the Role
Full-time, typically four days per week (occasional fifth day as needed); schedule varies week to week
One Saturday per month required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 2 years' experience in dental reception or treatment coordination required
OpenDental experience is an asset but not required
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate care for patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial procedures
Communicate surgical information and aftercare instructions clearly and empathetically
Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
Support smooth clinic operations through effective collaboration with the surgical and administrative team
What We're Looking For
Experience working in a dental office, ideally within a specialty practice
Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
Comfortable multitasking in a busy clinical setting
Familiarity with medical and dental terminology
Strong working knowledge of insurance billing procedures and preparing accurate treatment plan estimates
A professional, patient-centred mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
How to Apply
Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives and advance your career in a practice that values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.
To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter detailing why you're a strong fit for the Treatment Coordinator role at Pacific Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Solutions.
Pay: $25.00-$36.82 per hour
Benefits:
On-site parking
Paid time off
Work Location: In person
