We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, helping them understand their treatment, and being part of a positive team environment.

What You’ll Do
Welcome and build relationships with our patients
Discuss treatment costs and available payment options
Assist patients with financing options
Coordinate treatment and appointments
Follow up with patients who are not yet scheduled
Work closely with our doctors and team
Help create a positive experience for every patient

Comfortable talking with patients about treatment and fees
Motivated to learn and grow
Positive and team-oriented
Interested in building a long-term career with our practice
Experienced with dental financing options such as CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit
Dental treatment coordination experience required
