This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong dental knowledge who enjoys building relationships with families while making a meaningful impact on children's oral health.
Position Details
Position: Treatment Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
Compensation: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You'll Be Responsible For
✔ Presenting and explaining treatment plans to parents and guardians
✔ Verifying dental insurance benefits and discussing financial arrangements
✔ Coordinating treatment appointments and managing scheduling needs
✔ Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive patient experience
✔ Collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
✔ Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Qualifications
✅ Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required
✅ Experience with treatment planning and insurance verification strongly preferred
✅ Pediatric dental experience preferred
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Office Schedule
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Schedule will total approximately 40 hours per week.
