Job Description
Our Oral Surgery practice is seeking a full-time Treatment Coordinator!
Qualified applicants must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and above all have excellent customer service/interpersonal skills. Office is open Monday through Thursday (8am to 4:30pm) and Friday (8am to 12pm). Computer and typing skills are necessary. Dental office and treatment coordination experience is required. Duties include (but are not limited to) welcoming patients, calculating treatment and presenting to patients, aging report work, sending and receiving/analyzing pre-authorizations, scheduling surgeries, assisting patients with paperwork, coordinating care with other doctors, answering phone calls, scheduling office surgeries and follow-up care.
Benefits include paid sick leave, accrued paid time off, paid holidays, retirement benefits such as a profit sharing plan and 401(k) and medical and dental insurance. Experience in oral surgery is preferred; however, we will train motivated individuals with background in dentistry.
