We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is ready to transition into a front-office role as a Treatment Coordinator. This position focuses on helping patients understand their treatment plans and guiding them through financial options with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities:
Present and explain treatment plans to patients clearly and confidently
Review procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes
Discuss insurance benefits, estimates, and patient financial responsibility
Coordinate payment plans and financing options
Collaborate with doctors and clinical team to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Deliver excellent customer service and build patient trust
Skills:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (required)
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance basics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable discussing financial information with patients
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Experience with dental software, such as Dentrix, is a plus
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
