$120,000/year

We're creating a new kind of role: Welcoming Dentist. This isn't a typical associate position — it's built for a dentist who wants to focus on the front end of patient care: new patients, recare, hygiene-related exams, and quick wins, without a packed schedule of big procedures. You'll be the first clinical face many patients see, setting the tone for their whole experience with us.
What a Welcoming Dentist does:
Sees a steady flow of new patients and makes a great first impression
Handles recare visits and keeps patients on track with their care
Performs exams tied to routine cleanings (prophy) and early gum inflammation (gingivitis)
Takes care of some limited restorative work along the way — think simple fillings and sealants, not crowns, root canals, or complex cases
Explains findings and next steps in plain English — no jargon, no pressure
Why this role exists:
Not every dentist wants (or needs) a day full of crowns and root canals. If you love moving efficiently, building trust fast, and keeping a practice's new-patient and hygiene flow running smoothly, this role was built with you in mind.
What you'll bring:
