Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator – Leadership Growth Opportunity
Zebulon Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, dependable, and positive Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our established private practice in Zebulon, NC.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates well, stays organized, and wants to become an important part of a strong dental team.
Potential responsibilities include:
Scheduling and patient communication
Answering phones and assisting patients
Treatment coordination and financial discussions
Insurance verification and follow-up
Collecting patient balances
Helping keep the schedule productive and organized
Supporting the administrative team wherever needed
For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into additional responsibility with a potential leadership opportunity within the practice. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well with coworkers, and enjoys helping a team succeed.
Experience in a dental office is strongly preferred. Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
Start date: We have flexibility for the right candidate, with an anticipated start sometime between mid-October 2026 and early November 2026.
Position: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
